The Resort require passport of all guests for register when you check-in. The resort reserves the rights to refuse anyone who do not present their passports to stay in the property.
For safety reason, any outside people accompanied by our guest must register and leave their identification card or passport at the front office before getting into the premise area. Then, collect them back once they go out.

In case of check in after the 25th of each month. The resort will charge you in next month rate.

Online Reservation Policies
Our staff will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your online reservation.
You will receive reservation document which contain your booking details and reservation number. Please print this document out to present to staff when you check-in at the resort. The reservation document issued by Rita Resort is not the payment receipt.
The reservation document issued by our official agencies, once you have already made the payment with them or their website, is the payment receipt.
Due to our on-line payment system is not completed. Our guests are able to make a payment in full on arrival upon check-in only. Please do not trust and accept others who call, fax, or e-mail to ask you to pay them. Please contact us directly if you have any questions. In case of booking through our official agencies, please ensure that they or their website can be trusted before making the payment.

Check–in time is 2 pm an early check-in is subject to the availability of our rooms.
The reserved room can be hold until 5 pm of the date of arrival shown in your reservation document. After indicated time, all reservations will be cancelled without notices.
